i was a grab user until i met a very unpleasant incident. i tried to use a e-discount but the grab app said i could not. so i paid $7 for my fare. however, i later received an e-receipt stating that my fare was only $2. i informed customer service that the mazda 3 driver didn’t tell me it was only $2 but instead took the $7 i gave him. a customer service officer told me the grab driver said i looked like i was in a hurry to alight from the taxi and so didn’t tell me i had overpaid (!!!).
i wanted compensation but the customer service officer offered me only a $5 e-discount which i have been getting anyways.
i want to use grab again. but the experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
but if grab could offer me a real compensation, i would like to be their customer again.
