I booked an air ticket through scoot. They gave me a countdown timer which was erroneous.
I did not manage to pay in time because I followed their timer. (Sry im stupid)
Submitted screenshots to support2.flyscoot.com, and their customer service officer, without checking, claims i took it the screenshot at 1034pm the night before to bluff them when i took it at 1034am. Wow win already. I then proceed to call in to their 24/7 call centre which claims instead their system “cannot be possibly” erroneous. Money loss aside, people need to know his so that they know when submitting the screenshot, they should also submit the file information in case companies like this decide to play punk again.
