UBER IS RUDE & INEFFICIENT, REFUSE TO HELP MY FIANCE FIND LOST PHONE

I am extremely upset with Uber Singapore.

My fiance left his phone in a car and Uber is not being helpful about identifying who the driver is. My fiance needs a 2 way phone verification to login to his email, and obviously he can’t login to it without his phone. Why can’t Uber help to identify who the driver is so that they can contact him / her to return the phone back to my fiance. We have been dialling the number repeatedly and nobody is answering. We used the find my phone app from Google to make the phone ring and this person is switching off the calls.

If Uber is so clever, I am sure they can find who the driver is when my fiance provides his email address and his phone number.

Prove yourself as the number one transport solution there is right now. Solve our problem and return my fiance’s phone back to us.
