ANOTHER MRT BREAKDOWN DURING FIRST DAY OF F1 WEEKEND

Dear A.S.S. Editor

So, as expected. Another Friday night ruined by SMRT. Already many roads are closed for the F1 weekend, and you would think, no hoped, that all MRT lines are primed to function properly, at least for this weekend.

But no. Today, evening peak time, when most people just want to go home after work, refresh, and get out and enjoy the start of the weekend, guess what? MRT disruption again. They announced that the Marina South Pier and Toa Payoh travelling time on the North South line is expected to have an additional 20 minutes traveling time. Thanks, SMRT.

Just for this weekend, you can’t even get the trains working right. When all the world’s focus is on us. Latest news is, the trains are up and running again by 10.10 pm. maybe just in time for the F1 spectators to make their way home without train disruptions?
