In truth, the callous netizen had done the exact opposite and given him a “below average” rating because he was too enthusiastic about the work.
He wrote: “Laughing damn hard at my colleague haha tiok played so hard! I told him that I had nominated him for promotion and gave him full marks in his peer appraisal …The truth is I gave him below average rating because he damn Siao On.”
