BIKES PARKED INDISCRIMINATELY, BLOCKING WHEELCHAIR ACCESS TO LIFTS

I usually don’t bother about these things, where people make use of the rental bikes and abuse them. But this just too much.

Look at the photo. The bikes are just left there, like nobody’s business. Parked there, as if someone will pick up after them. They are left in front of lift lobby at block 510B Yishun Street 51.

The thing that irritates me more is that block 510B is a flat of rental units with many senior citizens in wheelchair. So, how do you expect those on wheelchairs to navigate their way through this mess? These people ought to be arrested, for being a public nuisance!
