A netizen was at the Bedok neighborhood center yesterday night at 8PM when he heard a loud crash.

Stepping out to find out what had caused the commotion, he saw a car had flipped over on its roof after a collision with a taxi at the traffic junction near Bedok Library!

According to the netizen, SCDF rescue workers arrived minutes after the incident and conveyed the taxi driver and the female driver of the black car to hospital. At first glance, they did not appear to be seriously injured, the netizen added.

As a result of the accident, traffic was at a standstill even until 9.20PM yesterday night, with buses from the nearby interchange being unable to move out from the interchange on their regular route.
