SCDF OFFICER KNOCKED DOWN BY CAR WHILE RUSHING TO AN EMERGENCY

A 28 year old SCDF officer who was rushing to an emergency was knocked down by a car yesterday at the junction of Sembawang Rd and Jln Jeruju.

The officer was on a fire bike when the car came crashing into him while making a turn. An eyewitness said the driver did not stop immediately upon impact but drove his car over the bike.

Thankfully, the officer was conveyed to Khoo Teck Phuat Hospital conscious and was quickly treated for his injury.
