CUSTOMER SHOCKED TO SEE BLACK MOLD ON BREADTALK STEAMED PASTRY

A customer got the shock of her life when she purchased a set of pastries from BreadTalk Vivocity branch today, only to discover that the bread’s “black raisins” were not raisins at all but black mold!

This photograph was taken during lunch today.

According to the netizen, she had bought the bread at 3 pieces for $4.30 but did not pay attention to the pastry’s black substance. When she brought the bread back for his consumption, she found the black mold on the bread even though the expiry for the bread was dated 22 August tomorrow!

She wrote: “Reporting this incident as awareness as I am very sure that anyone who consume this will results in stomach upset or causes diarrhea due to the bacteria growing on the steam cake. Gentle reminder for everyone to take note and be extra careful in future.”
