I had re-contract my mobile line on online SingTel shop on 12 of August. Delivery was scheduled on 18th August between 6 to 9pm. On the date and time after there was no sign of delivery, I called SingTel hotline and got a shock to learn that delivery date and time has been changed without even informing me.
Is it not a terrible service standard from SingTel? I hope to get an explanation from SingTel.
