After last night’s peak hour train delays, SMRT did it again with another rush hour delay this morning! It announced an additional 45 minutes between Sembawang and Marina South Pier stations due to investigations into LAST NIGHT’s signalling fault.
Just when you thought you can take an alternative route, the Downtown line fails you because of another “separate” signalling fault!
Are excuse letters going to be useful for EVERYONE who has to work or study? What about those who have to take PSLE today? So many students were late for their exams! How is SMRT and SBS going to be accountable to them and their parents?
SMRT just said trains are returning to normal but passengers would still need another 30 minutes waiting time. Don’t know how they count one la, some commuters clearly took more than 1 hr you know!
