COMMUTER WANTS LTA, GRAB, RYDE TO MAKE HITCH DRIVERS HELP DURING MRT BREAKDOWNS

I am very pissed with Grab especially their grabhitch services. There was a train service disruption yesterday and I was stranded for close to an hour an a half reaso being is that grab and uber have got high surge! Booked Comfort but can’t get a taxi and so is Six. Then tried to book grabtaxi no taxi drivers want to accept my job! I am going to woodlands and all these taxi drivers are taking justgrab bookings because fares are higher than meter fare!

So tried Grabhitch and RYDE and grab needs me to book 15 minutes later, so I did but still can’t get a car! Same goes for RYDE! End up I got to ask a friend to come and pick me up!

Hello grab and RYDE , please make your taxi and hitch drivers help la, are you all too fussy? MRT breakdown just help la, accept booking will die is it? Jam is everywhere so why kick up the fuss?
Especially grabhitch drivers, they are always complaining they igh cost of owning and maintaining a car and yet at this moment still don’t want to help, what a joke.
