Dear A.S.S. Editor
A group of us decided to send a friend off for exchange at the airport last night.
The group of us decided to grabhitch/uberpool back to school, and we split ourselves into two cars. Semicentenarian angel comes humming along behind the wheel to pick up group 2 in his car, offers to drive over to group 1 and pick up the person who didn’t get his ride as he had missed the first group due to some miscommunication, and guess what? HE WAIVES THE FARE AT THE END OF IT ALL.
To the cool old-timer NUS MechEng alumni driving GrabHitch who gave this random bunch of 3 nus undergrads a free lift back to school from the airport – you’ve just made our week!
Wish there were only more people like you. Thank you, kind soul, whoever you are.
Happy NUS Dude
