A netizen was having his lunch at a McDonalds’ outlet at Changi Airport’s Terminal 3 and witnessed a McDonald’s service staff auntie dealing with unruly, queue cutting foreigners with poise and grace. The netizen was so impressed, he snapped a picture of the bad ass auntie to praise her on a popular forum.

According to the netizen, he had been at the McDonalds’ outlet today for lunch, which was very crowded and chaotic from the lunch time crowd and other tourists. He became dismayed with all the foreign tourists cutting in front of the existing queues and demanding for the service staff to place their orders first.

Amid all the chaos, the netizen spotted Madam Tay Ew handling her counter firmly and professionally without breaking a sweat.

The netizen wrote: “The auntie Tay Ew (saw her nametag) totally bo chup those tourists trying to order and all their gestures. Instead she just tell them to queue up like everyone else. No service at all to the queue cutters sia.
