A 30 year-old man was found lying motionless under Block 165A at Teck Whye Crescent this morning (16 Aug) at 4.45AM!
The Singapore Civil Defence Force confirmed that it received a call at 4.45AM this morning to the scene, who found the man already deceased at the scene.
Police are investigating.
