HDB MUST BEAR COST FOR SMOKE DETECTORS IF IT WANTS TO MAKE THEM COMPULSORY!

Hi A.S.S.,

Why should residents pay for smoke detectors which is installed by HDB for NEW HDB?

This is ridiculous it’s up to the residents if they want to install or not to install if HDB wants to make it compulsory, then HDB should bare the cost not push over to residents and forcing them to pay.

What kind of regulation is this forcing residents to pay, total rubbish!

Already Conservancy charges went up including water now this what do you from us suck every penny from us?
