Got bitten by bugs at GV at Junction 8. Unsatisfactory service recovery from the customer service. Saw online that this has happened multiple times yet the lapse of hygiene is still there. Extremely disgusted.
GV CSO has gotten back to me and the pest control says there is no bugs found. Is this the best service recovery you provide? Btw, this is my second time being bitten. Extremely disappointed with how GV is handling
Who would accept complimentary tickets when one has been bitten twice?! That doesn’t make sense, does it?
