A netizen has shared her neighbor’s inconsiderate behavior after she walked out of her Housing & Development Board flat one day to this horrendous sight.
According to the netizen, the photo shows the lift lobby of her flat. Her neighbor who lives on the same floor dumped furniture, a bicycle and trash bags right in the center of the walkway, with one bag leaking greenish toxic waste out of a hole.
She is worried that other neighbors, especially the elderly, may not notice the green liquid and slip on the disgusting looking substance, so she is sending this photograph to alternative media sites to shame the neighbor.
