TWO TEENS ARRESTED FOR HOUSEBREAKING IN A LANDED PROPERTY

Dear A.S.S. Editor

Two teens, one 18 and the other 19, have been arrested for their suspected involvement in a housebreaking and theft by night case along Dunbar Road.

The owner of the house, a 44 year old female victim, had informed the police on Friday afternoon that her sliding door was ajar, and her vehicle, parked within the compound, had been ransacked. Police arrested the two teens along Jurong West Street 41 on Saturday night, after establishing their identities through extensive enquiries and CCTV footage.

Police investigations are still ongoing. No reports were available as to what was stolen. Police have also advised the public to always secure their doors, windows and gates, even if to leave their house for a while. And vehicles should always be locked, even if they are parked in the house compound.
