Besides being delayed for more than 20 minutes this morning while making their way to work, commuters along the North South Line around the downtown core area of Raffles Place had to endure another obstacle in their way… a faulty shutter door which blocked one of the main entrances to offices in the area.
According to a netizen, who snapped photographs of the faulty shutter, several commuters could be seen making a big detour from their usual route. Some were visibly irritated as several commuters had been trapped or delayed by stalled train services along the North South line this morning.
"How can this be the state of public transport in Singapore today?" The netizen wrote.
