DOG OWNER LEAVES FLUSTERED DOG IN “CAR SAUNA” @ 12PM NOON IN COMPASSVALE

A netizen spotted this irresponsible dog owner leaving his flustered pet dog in the car at 12PM noon today at Block 262 Compassvale.

According to the netizen, the weather was extreme hot and the rays of the sun could cause heat injuries or worse to the animal. He saw the dog in the car when he first arrived and thought that the owner would return for his pet soon. He was shocked however to find that the dog was still in the car even after over 20 minutes when he returned to his vehicle.

He checked the car and found that the owner had wound down the windows a little, but the dog inside the car still appeared to be distressed under the high heat. The netizen says the dog was frantically running from the back to the front of the car to check if its owner was back.
