Dear A.S.S. Editor

Scammers have hit again! But once again, they have been foiled by the police, who confirmed that they have arrested a man and a woman last Wednesday for cheating victims into renting them their cameras and accessories, only to sell them online.

The two, a 25 year old man and 20 year old woman who were not named, also assumed the identities of others in the scam. Police recovered several camera equipment and accessories when the duo were arrested in Ang Mo Kio Avenue 8. Police also found stun guns, a retractable baton as well as ICs and a passport belonging to other individuals with them.

Police had acted on reports of victims, who indicated that they were unable to contact the suspects who had rented their items.
