Our reader shared this screenshot of a Filipino Facebook user who posted a comment threatening to skin Chinese Singaporeans over a dispute online.

According to the netizen, Harry Busacay had gotten into an argument with fellow Facebook users in a post discussing the recent uproar over the inclusion of the Filipino “race” in a pre-school’s racial harmony day celebrations.

Our reader wrote: “A Pinoy comments on Facebook, saying all he needs is a knife and his hands to skin the Chinese.”

He added that he understood that Harry wanted to make a point that everyone was the same under our skin, but the way he said it made him feel unsafe and threatened.

Some netizens are considering lodging a police report.

“Pinoy say this kind of comment is allowed? How is this considered integrating with Singaporeans?” wrote one netizen on a popular local forum.
