Many Singaporeans might have experienced a time when urgent nature calls have forced them to use public toilets in the MRT stations… sometimes, the call is so urgent they might forget that MRT toilets do not provide toilet paper in each individual cubicle, which leaves them in a very sticky situation.
One netizen found the situation so unbearable in a recent trip to the public toilet in an MRT station, he decided to write to SMRT for an explanation.
He received this reply.
SMRT blames irresponsible users for forcing them to place toilet paper rolls in the main area of the toilet instead of each individual cubicle.
