NETIZEN: DON’T SPOIL VOTES, IT’LL ONLY DILUTE OPPOSITION VOTES & SATISFY PAP

Dear A.S.S.,

I refer to SDP member who tell us not to vote in Presidential Election in order not to lent legitimacy to the racist election. I beg to differ.

The first-past-the-post system in Singapore election implies that anyone without a strong mandate can become our President. The clearest example is our KFC President who only managed to scrape pass 33%.

It would be stupid and irresponsible not to vote because whether you do or don’t, staunch PAP supporters are going to vote. By telling others not to vote, you are in fact diluting opposition votes, which is what PAP wants.

In order to beat them at their own game, vote someone who is least likely to be accepted by PAP to provide the check and balance.

We do not need a highly paid rubber stamp!
