MAN KNOCKED DOWN BY SMRT BUS OUT TO GET INSURANCE CLAIM?

Regarding the video of the man who got knocked down by the SMRT bus, here is the full story.

Happened at the junction of Jurong East Ave 1 & Jurong East St 31 on 17/07/2017 at about 1025am.

Observe the guy wearing a black t-shirt & white pants at 0:12 standing right at the traffic light pole facing Blk 316. This particular junction has no pedestrian crossing to cross over to Blk 316 Jurong East St 32.

So when he got hit by the SMRT bus, me a the car driver in front went to his aid. There was a strong smell of alcohol and is a PRC. When we spoke to the bus driver, he mentioned that this guy suddenly dashed out of from the walkway, as you can see the bus driver trying to swerve away from that guy. Looks like this PRC guy trying to get an insurance claim. Not surprised though. Anyways, it’s a good thing buses have cameras left right center up down front back, aiyaa all angle lah easy to say.
