NParks said it has counselled the staff who accused a resident of trying to create trouble when all he did was to give feedback.
Earlier, Mr Dixon Liw emailed NParks about fixing damaged drains in his vicinity. Instead of giving him a cordial reply, a NParks staff rudely said: “I believe this guy is out to find trouble with NParks”. The staff had accidentally CC-ed Mr Liw in the email (#Fail).
NParks’ Deputy Chief Executive Leong Chee Chiew responded that it has personally apologised to Mr Liw for the inappropriate language and has counselled the staff for her bad attitude. It also assured him that the drains will be fixed soon.
NParks so pro, only need 2 days to counsel the staff!
