I had just passed by under one of the HDB block at Ubi and saw this left by cat lover. I am not against any stray cats or dogs but don’t you think that a whole piece of fish for the cat was so a sumptuous meal for them while there are human who don’t even get to eat fish or meat.
Maybe Singaporean treat animals better than mankind?
