A netizen is appealing for witnesses or dashcam footage for a hit and run on her motorcycle. The incident happened at a multi-storey carpark in Sembawang and caused her to lose a signal light. The culprit had hit her motorbike and did not leave a note.
“After hitting my bike, parked beside a pillar, the culprit lifted it up and tried to place it in original position but failed due to handle lock on the bike”. Pls help to share, thank you!
