Thank you folks for your patience during this transition period to the new signalling system. We are doing all we can to address the system’s teething issues and to stabilise the system.
Our engineers, together with SMRT and system supplier Thales, are working hard and are on stand-by round the clock to monitor the performance of the new system and address faults as soon as possible.
We will also install a software upgrade tonight (after passenger service hours), to further fine-tune the on-going service and stabilise the system.
Issues may still arise, and we seek your understanding and support as we are working to resolve the problems. Together, we will get back up there.
