Netizens on Bigo have sent in several screenshots of a Bigo live streaming video showing a woman driving while responding to comments on her phone.
Bigo is an internet live streaming app that allows users to stream their daily activities via any camera enabled devices.
According to the netizen, Mr T, the person was more distracted by her phone and did not appear to be concentrating on the road. He wondered if this was a very dangerous act under traffic law.
When confronted about her driving while livestreaming activity, she responded: “you don’t know me, you don’t know how long I’ve been driving”.
In response to this incident, Mr T wrote in his complaint: “Should Bigo state in the rules that streamers shouldn’t go live while driving since they are strict(no smoking while live) or should drivers like this(especially women) be fined?”
