Eww, someone thinks Sembawang carpark is literally a dumping ground!

“Please help. Blk 608A multi-storey car park deck 4A and 4B plagued with human faeces.

This is not the first time that it has happened and the 2 decks of carpark reeked of faeces. It’s unhygienic and may breed diseases. Greatly appreciated that something is done”.
