Ang Mo Kio Town Council not doing anything? A resident posted a video of rain water leaking through the walls and flowing into his letterbox. “This is what happened when it rains. All my letters are soaked wet. Reported to AMK Town Council and nothing is done to render the problem.”

Sadly, that isn’t even an excuse not to pay bills.
