Dear A.S.S. Editor
Reports indicate that the man who was stabbed by his father-in-law comes from a rich family background. He stayed in Sennett Lane, in a landed property, with seven other people, his wife, two daughters and son, the father-in-law, mother and maid.
Neighbours have been reported as saying the deceased man was a friendly neighbour, never failing to greet them, but neighbours said the father-in-law, who was the man alleged to have killed him, is a bit quiet and reserved. The family were reported to be a happy family on the surface. They had moved to the private estate located in Bedok South about three to four years ago.
Was this another case of rich family squabbling with each other, but this time with a more serious consequence? The family have now lost both the man and the father-in-law in one fell swoop.
