Flight TZ 297 was suppose to depart at 30th June 2255 local time in Bangkok but was told that a 30min delay will be impose due to a fault in the aircraft. After every 30 min, they said another 30 min until 5am they said the flight will be cancel and all of the passengers will be moved to the airport hotel.
According to scoot ground staff in bangkok, they said they could not give an estimate departed timing as Scoot HQ in Singapore is not answering their calls!!! The next day, we were told that the flight will depart at 1730 Bangkok time but was hit with another delay till 2000.
Why isn’t scoot answering calls when there is a major incident with their plane? Will scoot only give us their $50 voucher to compensate all of this?
