A cousin of mine who earns quite a good decent salary in Singapore married a foreigner wife.
He has been an undischarged bankrupt for many years and recently applied Long Term Visit Pass for his wife but got rejected by ICA.
He is able to support her in the event she is jobless in Singapore but still the unexplained rejection.
ICA reserves the right now to disclose their reasons but shouldnt they allow passes for marriages be considered separately?
