Dear A.S.S. Editor

A 16 year old teen was arrested for robbing a shop of $230 along Yishun Avenue 5, the Police have confirmed. The teen entered the shop, which is believed to be a 7-Eleven store at 10:55pm on Monday night, and armed with a knife, he proceeded to rob the 22 year old clerk manning the store.

A total of $230 in cash was stolen by the teen. The victim subsequently made a police report, and police investigations led to the arrest of the teen in Yishun Central on Wednesday. If convicted of armed robbery, the teenager can be jailed at least five years and not more than 20 years. He will also be liable to at least 12 strokes of the cane.
