PHL DRIVERS SHOULD BE FORCED TO EQUIP CHILDSEATS FOR PASSENGERS WITH CHILDREN

Grab and uber should make the LTA lift the restriction on child seat for their private hire cars and make it mandatory for all their Drivers, including Grabhitch Drivers to have child seats before they are allowed to pick any passenger using their apps. Failure to do so will result in prohibition or suspension of their driver app! They should also force taxi drivers to accept justgrab bookings since they are not tied down with this rule.

This is because I am sick and tired of Drivers keep cancelling on me when I bring my kids out using justgrab, taxi Drivers don’t want to take and why should I pay a bit more to use their child seat? These grab and uber drivers are also public service providers so why they can’t equip themselves with child seats? But when these GrabCar, uber and Grabhitch Drivers especially, pick their own friends, relatives or family, suddenly their cars can have any many as 3 child seats equipped! What the hell is going on? Discriminating towards us passengers?

I hope LTA, grab and uber can look into this and I want this post to be shared to make sure Drivers think before they act.
