BREAKING NEWS: A netizen witnessed the aftermath of a suicide at 98 Whampoa Drive this afternoon while he was in the area during lunch time.
According to the netizen, he realized that there was something amiss when he saw several Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) officers in one section of the mulltistorey car park where his car was parked.
Looking at the spot where they were gathered, he saw the body of a young woman, which by then had already been covered up by a white sheet save for her hands and feet. Eye witnesses believe the suicide victim to be a 23 year-old Chinese woman living nearby.
