Six-pack? ICA officers only see two packs

A Singaporean man was stopped at Woodlands checkpoint yesterday when ICA officer found two packets of cigarettes strapped at his waistband.

This method of concealment is a cause for concern as it may be used by people with ill intent to smuggle security items into Singapore.
