The spotlight seems to be on the question how come the Demolition Clause re-appeared in the last and 7th Will. LHL has insinuated that the Demolition Clause was sneaked in.
But is it not equally a question how come the Demolition Clause was dropped out of the 5th and 6th Will? It can equally be insinuated that the Demolition Clause was sneakily deleted in the 5th and 6th Will; and that it was fortunate that the deletion was spotted and the Demolition Clause reinstated at the 7th Will.
Suggestions of sneakiness is mere personal opinion. It is certainly not unusual at all for anyone to make several wills, each time changing his mind according to his feelings and according to who’s persuasions as he decided to follow.
Regardless of whether one followed the “right” counsel, if he signed the Will voluntarily in compliance with all the formal requirements, the Will is valid and legally binding. Ultimately, the last Will supercedes all earlier ones.
