HDB TOOK MONTHS TO RESOLVE WATER LEAKAGE, ARE HDB OFFICERS REALLY DOING THEIR JOBS?

Last year June I face water leakage issue. As me and top floor neighbour got water proofing issue. We talked to HDB and waited for months but they took their own sweet time to help.

After that I went to see my MP even they said they will write in to HDB. HDB also take their own sweet time and got it repaired on this year March. The leaking is so bad as it came out of the electrical switches and water heater switch. Yesterday my top floor neighbour was doing their repair work. About 8pm the leaking start again.And this time round the flow is worst.

Why can’t HDB act faster to solve the issues? Must it take months for them to check the problems? What if the electrical switches shortcircuit, or worse, catches fire?
