Not the first time I see this riao. One phone for whatsapp… another bigger phone / possible tablet at the speedometer there for them to watch movie/video while driving. Super dangerous to others on the road but LTA mata never catch them…
He is at traffic light so he can use his phone while waiting but when driving, is he allowed to watch movie from the other phone at the speedometer? they can get their conversion license so easily while sinkies has to spent thousands on getting one.
