A family living in Blk 208 Yishun Street 21 on the 7th floor is facing another group of crazy neighbours who would pour foul-smelling water along the corridor leading to their flat. Finally the family managed to catch their crazy neighbour in the act, using a pair to pour the unknown liquid near their potted plants.
According to the family, this has been going on for more than 10 years and another time the crazy neighbour was seen picking something up from the drain and throwing it at the family’s flat.
