TEOCHEW PORRIDGE STALL @ UPPER SERANGOON SMASHED UP BY THUGS OVER $28 BILL DISPUTE

According to reports, 4 customers destroyed a teochew porridge food stall (Heng Long) located along Upper Serangoon Road over a $28 bill dispute which spiraled out of control. They had ordered porridge, pomfret and several side dishes.

The customers were allegedly upset with the $28 charged for their food and flipped over a marble table in anger. The table shattered on the floor and the culprits threw chairs all over to smash the stall up.

Witness claim that the 4 patrons were most likely to be drunk but by the time police arrived at the scene, they had already escaped.
