Inconsiderate people who smokes inside this toilet. This happened at plaza 8 @ Changi Business Park.

There is smoking place outside the door with shelter provided, just a few step from the side door near toilet, but this guy choose to be comfortable smoking inside toilet for himself and cause heavy smoking smell inside toilet.
