A resident at Block 317C Yishun Avenue 9 has lodged a complaint online about the actions of a group of “rebellious young teenagers who is lack of family guidance”.
According to the resident, the youth regularly gather outside a particular unit on the 6th floor of the block and are wearing uniforms from Northland Secondary School. After their gatherings, they constantly leave behind litter, including cigarette butts and even condoms and urine, on the ground.
Despite several police reports and complaints to the authorities, the resident claims that nothing has been done.
