This morning 8:40am I have left my wallet on the grab car SLK 8789E. Which I found out within 5 min after I alight the car and tried to call the grab company to assist to call the driver and help me find the wallet.
It was until 9:00pm the grab company still didn’t update me on the request. Then I called them and ask regarding this matter.
Then there customer service told me that they’ve been trying all day to reach the driver which the driver has turned off the phone so they couldn’t get to him.
Could u pls assist me on this case as it’s pretty weird that the grab company couldn’t get to driver.
