SUBWAY & FOOD PANDA TOOK 3 HRS TO DELIVER A SANDWICH, GAVE USELESS EXCUSES

Ordered subway from hougang outlet using food panda. When I first ordered, app stated 30 mins delivery time. After 30 mins I got a notification stating that delivery will be delayed by 25 mins. After 25 mins I got another notification stating that delivery will be delayed by 55 mins. After 55 mins I got another notification stating that delivery will be delayed by another 90 mins.

Customer service on their live chat kept giving excuses and went missing after a few messages. They kept giving empty promises that the food will arrive in the next 15 mins but it never arrived! Food panda has lost 1 regular customer. Many more to come. Useless service with terrible customer service support.

Oh btw it’s almost 3 hours since I ordered and I just got a notification that the rider is on his way.

You guys tell me.. if you are alone at home and not feeling well.. and you decide to order food then this happens, wouldn’t you be mad too.. =(
