A short but shocking viral video of a brutal traffic accident is making the rounds on the internet today.
The video shows a motorcyclist and his pillion rider getting into an accident with an oncoming vehicle at a traffic junction. According to netizens, this incident happened on 20 May 2017 at Tampines Ave 7 towards Changi VIllage at about 8.35PM.
Netizens who watched the video were relieved to see that the motorcyclist and pillion rider did not suffer life threatening injuries from the explosive crash. Sharp eyed netizens spotted that the pillion rider managed to jump off the bike just a second before the crash.
According to a netizen, who identified himself as James, the car had been speeding past the traffic junction when the light turned amber. Although the car sounded its horn, the motorcyclist failed to stop even though the car had right of way.
